I have been out of town since last Tuesday on a work trip with a few conferences and refresher training classes. I am glad to be back for sure!
This past week we got two subscribers and two new members! Welcome to our GDI Team Elite Herschel and Jim! We continue to work hard with our advertising and again, I greatly appreciate all your help! Way to go team!
Important facts/notes as a reminder:

- To succeed in GDI each and everyone of us the final outcome to success is totally up to us.
- Always be in good communication with your downline (and upline) members.
- Helping your new direct members: If you get new members added to your downline please communicate with them and help them get started. Remember... No communication = no success!
- "If you meet the weekly requirement of getting at least 1000 hits (preferably from safelists sites) using your team link, you will get your 6 over the course of time". The key is to advertise everywhere you possibly can.
- The system does work but if we members do not do the work the way it's suppose to be done then the system will not work.
- Auto-surfing of any kind is not allowed as it produces absolutely NO results. No one sees our ads this way. Rule of Thumb...."No new eyes seeing our ads = No signups.
- Keep in mind that the number of subscribers we are getting during the week doesn't mean all of them will sign up. It just means they took interest in our ads and wish to get more information on Team Elite. Some do end up signing up and some don't.
- The "team leaders training page" is available to anyone upon request. Remember, anyone who has 6 members in any level can become a team leader.

There was something I found worth warning everyone here. A member was receiving spam emails in his ws (GDI email) account and he replied to them asking them to eliminate his email address off their mailing list. And innocent thing like that lead to GDI suspending his account temporarily because GDI does not tolerate spam emailing in their system as I understand. After sorting things out with GDI it turned out that all he had to do was simply just delete the spam emails if they come and not to reply to any of them. So if anyone gets spam emails or unwanted emails simply just delete them. Do not reply to them.

When we sent you your first welcome message we explained how this works and that once the team gives you members we then teach you how to become a team leader to run your own team. About the recent issues regarding our team links:
Your team links are first created my trck.me (rotator) which is generally a very reliable tool to use. I like it because I can use as many splash pages as I like and rotate them around. You will see a different page each time you click your team link. Anyway, when your team link is created in trck.me it is then connected to Traffic Wave a site where I get all your hit counts from. Well, just to let you all know that some members are seeing a lot of the TE owners banning their team links because it is connected to trck.me. There is nothing wrong with the tracker itself. But I hear that the reason they are doing this is because some TE site owners had a fallout with the trck.me owners (timtech) so they decided ban their sites probably for revenge. In the long run we are the ones who suffer for the disputes between the site owners. I do need to know one thing from you all....has anyone have had their team links rejected because it connected with trck.me? If so, can you tell me which TE (sites) are not accepting your team link? If you can tell me, my upline sponsor (Martin) may be able to do some testing as he thinks there might be a way to set things up that will still allow us to use trck.me without them continuing to ban our links. It is extremely important that your team leader hears from you especially if the team is placing members under you. After all, we ARE a team and we WORK together to help build a downline group for you.

Then later send them a short friendly followup email to ask how they are doing and let them know you are still there for them. It is a VITAL part of this business!

P.S. As mentioned before, I joined Referral Frenzy a while back and it has been absolutely wonderful for me. It's very much worth having because it helps me to send out to mailers in mass amounts and get about 80,000+ mail credits, 15,000 surf credits, and more for banners and texts every month! It does cost about $15/month though. I got the lifetime members which is cheaper in the long run.
