This week has been much better and altogether we got 10 subscribers and 3 new members!!!! Thank you everyone for your hard! Welcome to our GDI Team Elite Dan, Shasha and Viliame! Please keep up the good work with your advertising and as always....Rule of thumb....the more people who see our ads, the more subscribers we get and more people joining. Yay!! Go Team!!
Important Facts For All Of Us To Keep In Mind!

- To succeed in GDI each and everyone of us the final outcome to success is totally up to us.
- Always be in good communication with your upline members by Skype or email. If your upline (or team leader) emails you directly that doesn't involve the whole group, please reply as soon as you can. It is extremely important that your team leader hears from you especially if the team is placing members under you. After all, we ARE a team and we WORK together to help build a downline group for you.
- Helping your new direct members: If you get new members added to your downline from the team please communicate with them by first sending them a short welcome message and helping them to get started; teach them the basics of advertising. Then later send them a short friendly followup email to ask how they are doing and let them know you are still there for them. Sadly, I've seen too many times members dropping out simply because they do not hear from their own direct sponsors. Remember...Continual Communication To Each Other = Success! It is a VITAL part of this business!
- "If you meet the weekly requirement of getting at least 1000 hits (preferably from safelists sites) using your team link, you will get your 6 over the course of time". The key is to advertise everywhere particularly in safelist sites you possibly can.
- The system does work but if we members do not do the work the way it's suppose to be done then the system will not work. If you do not understand how the system works please go back to the first welcome message I sent you when you first joined. If you do not have that email anymore then let me know and I will resend it to you.
- Auto-surfing of any kind is not allowed as it produces absolutely NO results. No one sees our ads this way. Rule of Thumb...."No new eyes seeing our ads = No signups come our way". - Keep in mind that the number of subscribers we are getting during the week doesn't mean all of them will sign up. It just means they took interest in our ads and wish to get more information on Team Elite. Some do end up signing up and some don't. Those who haven't signed up yet I am always following up with them.
- The "team leaders training page" is available to anyone upon request. Any member who has gotten 6 members at any level from the team need become a team leader. If you already have your 6, please contact me and we will help you get started. Becoming team leader is also a key factor (along with communication) in making their GDI business a success!

P.S. As mentioned before, I joined Referral Frenzy a while back and it has been absolutely wonderful for me. It's very much worth having because it helps me to send out to mailers in mass amounts and get about 80,000+ mail credits, 15,000 surf credits, and more for banners and texts every month! It does cost about $15/month though. I got the lifetime members which is cheaper in the long run.
