This past week we got a total of 5 subscribers! We continue to advertise as we've been doing. And as always and rule of thumb....the more people who see our ads, the more subscribers we will get and more people joining. – Keep Up The Good Work – Go Team!
New Advertising Site: I mentioned this last week that I am always seeking ways to advertise around to get more members for our team. The Downliner just may be one to help us and it is supposed to help us generate more traffic and you can even earn from it on the side. You can join as a free member and add three campaign links to it. It, however, will reject links that go into rotators such as the GDITE team link I gave you but you can add your own GDI link or any other business links in there if you have them that go to one page. I am currently using it for GDI, Referral Frenzy and Traffic Wave. I am excited to see how this will turn out.
I even saw that you can set up login ads and social posts to linkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and a few others in there. If interested in trying it out please use this link and you should see my name on it as your referral. Again, here is my link below:

Important Facts For All Of Us To Keep In Mind!

- To succeed in GDI each and everyone of us the final outcome to success is totally up to us.
- Always be in good communication with your upline members by Skype or email. If your upline (or team leader) emails you directly that doesn't involve the whole group, please reply as soon as you can. It is extremely important that your team leader hears from you especially if the team is placing members under you. After all, we ARE a team and we WORK together to help build a downline group for you.
- Helping your new direct members: If you get new members added to your downline from the team please communicate with them by first sending them a short welcome message and helping them to get started; teach them the basics of advertising. Then later send them a short friendly followup email to ask how they are doing and let them know you are still there for them. Sadly, I've seen too many times members dropping out simply because they do not hear from their own direct sponsors. Remember...Continual Communication To Each Other = Success! It is a VITAL part of this business!
- "If you meet the weekly requirement of getting at least 1000 hits (preferably from safelists sites) using your team link, you will get your 6 over the course of time". The key is to advertise everywhere particularly in safelist sites you possibly can.
- The system does work but if we members do not do the work the way it's suppose to be done then the system will not work. If you do not understand how the system works please go back to the first welcome message I sent you when you first joined. If you do not have that email anymore then let me know and I will resend it to you.
- Auto-surfing of any kind is not allowed as it produces absolutely NO results. No one sees our ads this way. Rule of Thumb...."No new eyes seeing our ads = No signups come our way". - Keep in mind that the number of subscribers we are getting during the week doesn't mean all of them will sign up. It just means they took interest in our ads and wish to get more information on Team Elite. Some do end up signing up and some don't. Those who haven't signed up yet I am always following up with them.
- The "team leaders training page" is available to anyone upon request. Any member who has gotten 6 members at any level from the team need become a team leader. If you already have your 6, please contact me and we will help you get started. Becoming team leader is also a key factor (along with communication) in making their GDI business a success!

P.S. As mentioned before, I joined Referral Frenzy a while back and it has been absolutely wonderful for me. It's very much worth having because it helps me to send out to mailers in mass amounts and get about 80,000+ mail credits, 15,000 surf credits, and more for banners and texts every month! It does cost about $15/month though. I got the lifetime members which is cheaper in the long run. If anyone is interested in using this power house mailer too to save you tons of time then below is my banner link for it.

This past week we got a total of 23 subscribers and a new member! Welcome to our team Steve! We've been doing very well overall as far as getting signups. Summer time usually being the slowest time of the year for most online businesses will soon be ending. It should start getting better next month or two when people are at home more (or on the computer more) especially when it starts to get cold. We continue to advertise as we've been doing. As always and rule of thumb....the more people who see our ads, the more subscribers we will get and more people joining. – Keep Up The Good Work – Go Team!
I do want to point out something I think is very important. When you advertise around always use the traffic wave (TW) team link that I gave you in the welcome messages. A problem came up when a few members were not getting any hits even though I knew that they were advertising around. I found out that they were using the trck.me link instead of using the TW team link. For example, this is my TW team link that I use for advertising //ad.trwv.net/t.pl/83810/360300 (I had to take the http: off this link due to it not showing on this team email) and if you click on that link (after adding the http: to it) you will see the trck.me link on top left side of the page that looks like this: http://trck.me/KathyvonGeldern/. Everyone has their own trck.me name connected with their TW team link. This is how I get everyone's hit counts as I give out every Sunday mornings. The problem was that a few members were thinking they could generate more hits if they go straight and use their own trck.me link instead of the TW team link. As a result, they did not get any hits for some time and it was very discouraging for them. After having this figured out they switched back to the the TW team link and finally started getting hits. So everyone, please remember to always use the TW team link that I gave you as I want everyone to get credit for all their hard work in helping with the advertising.

Because as your organization grows, so will the possible distractions. And make no mistake, everything that doesn’t produce new customers and grow the team is a distraction. And you have to get rid of them.
Every team member you have faces a huge decision, each and every day. They have to decide should they prospect a candidate – facing the possibility of rejection – or can they find a distraction and practice avoidance behavior?
Your company just introduced a new protein shake in six delicious flavors. Know what your new distributor will ask? “When will they have mango flavor?”
That’s a distraction. Get rid of it.
You just sponsored a new distributor in Kansas. Know what she will say when you get her started? “My sister lives in Nigeria. When is the company going to open there?”
That’s a distraction. Get rid of it.
Your team members will suggest if the company pays more money in the comp plan they can grow faster.
That’s a distraction. Get rid of it.
We don’t control the wind. We only control what direction we can turn the sail.
We don’t develop products, design IT, create the compensation plan, manage the warehouse, create the company logo, or hire the customer service employees. We don’t control elections, public policy, the weather or the economy. All those things are distractions. You get rid of them – or they kill your business.
We present the business opportunity and get customers. That’s how we get paid. Everything else is a distraction.
Every time you have a team member get seduced by a distraction, you have to get rid of it and get them focused on building their customer base and getting prospects in front of a presentation.
So when someone says, “There is a new company starting and I hear they pay an extra 1 percent of the breakaway volume for the third generation…”
You say, Now that’s a distraction. Let’s focus on what you can control. Let’s get out your candidate list and start inviting people to take the free trial.”
When John says, “I hear that Frank, one of our top leaders just left and went to a competing company. Is that true? Why did he leave…”

Back to the team business.....this past week it had been a slow week as far as getting signups but we did get a total of 13 subscribers! Even though it was a slow it has to do with it being during the summer time where a lot of people are outside away from their computers or on vacation, which is absolutely normal! Every week is different, some weeks we are busy and some weeks are not. Nonetheless, we continue with our hard work with the advertising! Recently, I joined Referral Frenzy which is very much worth having because it helps us to send out to mailers in mass amounts. The good news is that we can mail up to 90 different safelists all at once in a matter of minutes. Plus they give about 80,000 mail credits, 15,000 surf credits, and more for banners and texts every month! The only thing about this is that it does cost $15/month or $97/per year. It will be an option for you to save tons of time advertising. If anyone is interested in joining then below is my banner link for it.

Now that Thanksgivings is over and we also survived Black Friday! We now prepare for Christmas! Wow! Just think it will be here in four weeks! I think this year I'll do a lot of baking for treats for people for their Christmas gifts instead of buying them. Caramel bars and peanut butter brittle is a favorite!
