Hope all is well with you and that you had a good week!  Summer time is still here and very hot!  Some of you may be facing winter time and is cold in your area.  Those who want to be cooler want winter and those who want to be warm want summer!  Soon we will be switching climates!

This past week our total number of subscribers (people taking interest) is about 8!  Unfortunately, summer months are almost always the slowest time of the year due to people being offline more, being on vacation and the like.  We do see more activity during the cooler/colder months because more people are inside checking the net and see our ads leading to more signups. Hang in there everyone and things will start to pick up.  We continue our hard work with our advertising. Hope all is well with you and that you had a good week!  If you notice the background on this blog you will see a waterfall.  That is called Akaka Falls located on the Big Island (Hawaii) that I often go to for work or for a short vacation.  One of the things I love to do there is hike around to see different water falls.  The background photo I used last week was Rainbow Falls, also located on the Big island.  Beautiful Falls they have there!

• The system does work but if we members do not do the work the way it's suppose to be done then the system will not work.
• Auto-surfing of any kind is not allowed as it produces absolutely NO results. No one sees our ads this way. Rule of Thumb...."No new eyes seeing our ads = No signups.
• Keep in mind that the number of subscribers we are getting during the week doesn't mean all of them will sign up. It just means they took interest in our ads and wish to get more information on Team Elite. Some do end up signing up and some don't.
• The "team leaders training page" is available to anyone upon request. Remember, anyone who has 6 members in any level can become a team leader.

Hi to all team members and a big welcome to all new members.
I want to start with an exerpt from a recent email from Brian Rooney, co-owner of Trafficwave Autoresponder....
"Get your information in front of people so that they can make a decision about doing business with you.
That's it.
Notice I didn't say anything about "convincing" or "persuading" anyone to come to any particular decision.
Just like you, I have people that tell me "no".
Just like you, I have people that tell me "yes".
Just like you, I have people that lie to me. They say they will do this or that, but they never do.
Just like you, I have people that are lazy and want me to do the work for them.
Unlike most folks, however, I don't care.
I'm not worried about someone telling me "no".
I know this is a fact of life.
I'm not worried about someone telling me "yes".
They still have to prove they are going to actually do the work.
I'm not worried about people lieing to me.
Their lies don't actually cause me any damage. I just keep working.
I'm not worried about the lazy folks. They are all over the place in every company.
I still just focus on what I can do. And that is ....

What Brian says makes a lot of sense and you would take great benefit from understanding what he just said.
Also remember that Team Elite is not for everyone, some people join, take a look, and decide it isn't for them and cancel their account. Do not become discouraged when this happens, it is totally normal. The main thing is to keep getting the information out to as many people as possible and let them come to their own decision about whether to join the team or not.
I know I have been telling you about our new team website a lot and yes it is taking longer than expected to get it up and running, but rest assured it is coming and we are working on filling it up with some awesome tools and training for all members to benefit from. Again you can look at the site here>>http://gditeamelite.ws/ but do not join it, it is just the outside of the site for you to look at. I would hope we can have it ready for everyone early in the new year. Here are some of the great things we are adding to the inside of the members area.... A downline builder for traffic sites etc. A tracker/rotator. A splash page maker and that is just a small part of it, The site WILL be a GAMECHANGER and will also include training and a very inexpensive autoresponder, you will have all the tools needed to build your business at your fingertips.
One final thing, be patient,be persistant and never give up. Remember we have never told you that you "will get rich quick" or to expect spectacular results instantly. This is very much long term, steady growth and reliable income. If you are only interested in finding massive results fast with anything online then all I can say is good luck to you, the latest shiny thing you are looking at will "probably" not be the answer and be prepared to waste a lot of money and time chasing something that doesn't exist. Stick with Team Elite and take the time to learn "how it works", and "why it works", once you understand that, not only will you be able to build a GDI downline but you will have the skills/tools and mindset to be successful with any business venture.

Learning How To Do The GDI Learning Bonus

You can earn $25 just by completing your GDI Learning Bonus !  If you start doing it during  your 7-day GDI FREE trial and when you have it completed you will earn $25 bonus at the end of the 8 week period.
You can also earn $250 if you strive for the Duplicate Bonus . Once you have completed your learning bonus, you are eligible for this duplicate bonus.  To get this $250 bonus you need to have 10 active members in your downline group to complete their $25 learning bonus also. Your own completion of the learning bonus will count as 1, so you only need 9 more members to complete it too.

Here are Step by Step Instructions to Complete GDI Learning Bonus.
A. Log into your GDI back office.
B. On the left hand side, click GDI Bonus.
C. Scroll down and click GDI Learning Bonus. Everything will be grayed out because you have not done anything yet.

Steps #1-#7 are what you need to complete in order to earn your $25 learning bonus.
If you are in your 7-day free trial, only 6 steps can be completed. Once you become a paid member and wait until the 8 week period (last step) can be completed when you will get your $25.

Step# 1. Trial Conversion (Achieve Active Status)
This happens automatically when your $10.00 payment has been processed by GDI at the end of your 7-day free trial.
This will complete step #1, congratulations!
Step# 2. Create a “GDI” email address with your domain:

Create exactly what they show you.  Mine is gdi@wahinebiz.ws because my username is wahinebiz.

Click where it says “email address” and this will take you to the next page that will have this box:

In the first box where it says New Mailbox Prefix, type in gdi, the rest is there for you, enter your email in the box below if you wish to be sent a confirmation of this, then click “Create Mailbox” .

This takes you back to the email maintenance page where you will see your new GDI email address you created!

Click on Webmail. Enter your temporary password temppass in the first box.

You will be taken to a new page that will give you a temporary password to log into your new GDI email account, it is usually temppass.  Copy and paste it in the box where it says password, click Confirm. You will be asked to create a new password. Write it down once you have created it. This will be your permanent password.

This  completes step #2, congratulations!
STEP #3. Send at least 5 Invites using GDI Inviters.
Click on the word Invites. This takes you right to the Classic Inviter.
You may choose from 2 different GDI presentations. You can preview each one to  see which you like best, then click to highlight the blue dot next to the one you wish to be sent to your prospects.

Fill in first and last name and email address of prospects. They ask you to send 5 to meet the bonus requirement, but take advantage of all 10 and invite people to take a look at GDI. Once you have all your prospects listed, go down to the button that says “Send Your Invit
This completes step #3, congratulations!
STEP#4. Directly refer 1 Converted (Signup went ACTIVE at End of Trial) Affiliate.
This is pretty self-explanatory.  To complete step 4 you need to recruit one member who becomes active at the end of his/her 7-day free trial. To recruit your new member you can simply share your own personal GDI link around (word of mouth to family or friends or advertise online). If you do not know how to advertise your direct sponsor or an upline member will help you with this.
You will also find a large selection of GDI capture pages in your back office by going to My Replicated Sites on the left. Be sure to pick your language. You can view each one before choosing. GDI will take note of your new member and mark your step with a green check mark once they see they became active.
This completes step #4, congratulations!
STEP #5. Activate your WordPress Site using either SiteBuilder or WordPress.
I suggest you use WordPress, it is easier to navigate around in.
Note: If you do not have a WordPress (WP) account you will need to create one that will have it’s own user name and password. To create an account with WordPress.com, go to https://en.wordpress.com/signup. It is highly recommended not to use the same log-in information as you use for GDI.

Click on “WordPress and more” on the left in your menu. You will then see this:

 
Choose WordPress Blog. Yours will say off, turn it on.

Under Options, set to Primary. This way if you ever want to create more than one blog, this will be your primary blog, all others will be sub-domains.
Now Type in your Domain in the Learning Bonus Box. See the example below, yours will look like that, but with your unique name you picked!

This completes step #5, congrats, you’re almost done!
STEP#6. Set Your Preferred Commission Method
Click on Preferred Commission Method.  You will see this chart:

I prefer having it to go straight into my PayPal account once it reaches $100.00. Anything less than $100 GDI will charge a fee for it (see below).

Once you have made your choice of commission, click on Update and it will be saved. If you ever wish to change the method or amount, you can always come back in here to make your changes, but always remember to click update. GDI will require you to fill out some documents to be sent back in order to be able to withdraw your commissions. You will find what needs to be completed and sent on your commissions page.
This completes step #6, congratulations!
STEP#7. Wait until the end of the 8 week period to get your $25 Bonus
Once GDI sees you have completed each step, they will check them off. Some are almost instant, some take up to a week, so keep this in mind if you are going to put this off. You only have 8 weeks to complete this. If you start it in your 7th or 8th week, you may not get things checked off in time, especially if you make a mistake and have to re-submit it.  This is what a Learning Bonus looks like when completed! Note: The Join A Team For The  GDI TEAM that you see below has been omitted and no longer available.  Just the other steps we are to do to complete and wait until the 8th week to get your $25 bonus.
